RSO can now accept Interac Email Money Transfers.

How Interac Email Money Transfers Work


 Interac Email Money Transfers are an easy, fast and secure way to send money to RallySport Ontario from your online banking account. Depending on your bank and type of account there may be a bank fee charged.

 To send an Interac Email Money Transfer to RSO, all you need is an email address, online access to your bank account at a participating bank (Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Scotiabank, TD Canada Trust or RBC Royal Bank). The address to send the Transfer to is treasurer@rallysport.on.ca  Email carries the notification while the banks use existing payment networks to transfer the money to the RSO Bank.

 Security Question

   The use of the security question and answer acts as an additional security measure to validate that only the senders intended recipient, RallySport Ontario, can collect the Interac Email Money transfer. The sender sets the question when they send the transfer. The Question is something only their intended recipient, RSO, can answer. The sender may communicate the answer to the security question to the RSO treasurer by phone 705-292-7232 or email  treasurer@rallysport.on.ca   We should note that Banks for security reasons recommend that security question not be sent by email. Perhaps you should consider the amount of money being transferred when assessing this risk.
